Amnesty International is a Non-Governmental Organisation that draws attention to and actively campaigns against human rights abuses around the world. Having won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1977 for its campaign against torture, Amnesty International has become the world’s highest profile human rights organisation.   

The film

What would you do if one morning your life was turned upside down by conflict or the repressive regime of your country? This short film aims to put viewers into the shoes of people fleeing persecution. It also shows that refugees are, first and foremost, ordinary people who have done nothing to bring displacement upon themselves.
